Ergonomics is a serous subject but neglected. This was never in school curriculum hence not taught to children. It companies, colleges and education institutions did very little to train the students and employees. Computer workstation consists of many loose things and they have to be arranged in a most comfortable manner to prevent long term health problems. In this video I have explained how to use and how to choose correct mouse during work. Different age-groups different size of hands and so the ouse holding capability. Wrong mouse size can cause serious occupational disorders like RSI (Repetitive Strain Injuries) and CTD (Cumulative Trauma Disorder). Children, women and people from different ethnicities have different needs of mouse. game mouse is better for people who spend lot of time on computers, however mouse should fit in to our hand comfortably. When we use mouse our wrist should be 180 degrees and wrist should bend and in front as well as side ways and throughout the operation wrist should be straight. Using both hands for mouse is not a bad idea and it gives a proper break to dominant hand. Videos are intended for education, joy and for good health.
