Now there is one more danger, that is stress due to uncertainty of job, money and disease. One must be careful to think and relax and not to get succumbed to stress. During stress, our BP, Sugar reach higher levels and coronary & cerebral arteries go into spasm and some time people end up in serious trouble. Lot of people are dying not because of covid but due to stress related disorders. This is a time you need to manage time, finances, exercise, good Diet and medication for existing disease if any. During stress all stress hormones overcome happy hormones of the body such as endorphins. Doctors, other medical personals are required to boost the moral of patients so that they don't land-up in acute stress.
