I loved the atmosphere the song created, it woke up many memories and took me back many years to some better times and places, so I decided to pay tribute to it by doing a bass cover. Although some years prior I was a gamer nowadays I rarely play any video games and the ones I revisit are the old, classic ones. I never looked into video game themes with the only exceptions being this one after my girlfriend introduced me to the Silent Hill series and the theme of The Getaway - Black Monday, a game I grew up playing on PS2 and have many fond memories of. I will be uploading a bass cover of it too in the future. I might upload more Silent Hill bass covers in the future and will be checking out other video game themes or movie themes for bass covers.
