SABC's video: The Ladies Club ZANELE MDODANA

On The Ladies Club couch today we have an amazing game changer, ZANELE MDODANA, who has dedicated her life and career to netball. She began her career at schools within Port Elizabeth before moving on to Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in 2014. She made her debut for the national netball team, the Proteas, in 2005 and called it a day in 2015, she has a wealth of experience courtesy of her 85 caps for the national side. Zanele has a level two coaching qualification, which is the highest that is being offered in Mzansi. Her continuous hard and dedication to the game saw her becoming the first black head coach at the University of Stellenbosch. She is indeed a great inspiration to many girls who are hoping to follow in her footsteps.
