SABC's video: The Ladies Club ZINHLE NDAWONDE

We’re joined on The Ladies Club couch by Springbok Women’s vice-captain Zinhle Ndawonde who blazed her way in the rugby world. She’s a fire-fighter who has established herself as one of the star players in the Springbok Women’s team. Today, she proudly wears the green and gold Springbok Women’s jersey and has also represented the Springbok Women’s Sevens team. Ndawonde made her Springbok Women’s debut on the team’s European tour in 2018 and she was a key figure in the World Cup qualifier in Gauteng in August. Her hard work and dedication have not gone unnoticed as she was named Sport Personality of the Year Award at the 2018 KwaZulu-Natal Sport Awards.
