Sharing her inspiring journey with us on The Ladies Club is the diminutive road running legend, POPPY MLAMBO. This game changer started running back in 1997 and became professional athletes 2000. Poppy is a classy athlete that boasts several South African championship titles, she has won the South African 10km and 21km as well as the 42km titles in her career. Poppy has won the South African steeplechase title although she is merely five feet tall, and that is where the name “Poppy” originated.
