SAE UAE's video: Student Work - Behind Billy Documentary

Our Bachelor of Film students Ognjen Kulenovic (@kulen_films) and Sreeram Mavila (sreerammavilafr) have worked on an interesting documentary together during quarantine from home called “Behind Billy”. If you are as passionate about filmmaking as these two students you could achieve anything in any circumstances. To know more about their documentary read below! 👇🏻 “My name is Ognjen Kulenovic, I am 29 years old and I am a second year Film student at SAE Dubai. For my Studio 2 documentary project, due to the Covid-19 virus we were tasked with create a short documentary at home in quarantine, and Sreeram Mavila and myself teamed up to create this light hearted film about the effects that isolation can have on the mind, and how one might overcome these effects by creating an alter ego, in this case Billy Johnson. It was interesting and a great opportunity to learn different filmmaking and editing techniques, and it goes to show you don’t need fancy cinema cameras to tell a story.”
