This fitness routine for Assassin's Creed: Valhalla can be done while playing the game, as was designed to not take away from your gameplay. Core Rule for working out while playing video games: Push yourself more during shorter gameplay sessions. For longer gameplay sessions, moderate the amount that you push yourself, as you will be playing for a longer amount of time. ROUTINE OUTLINE SITTING Hold “Y” or “Triangle” and During Assassination Animations: Stand up into a Calve Raise Synchronize: Jump Squat x3 As a Raven or on a Horse: Hold Calf Raise or Hold your Legs out in front of you if you want to target more of your core During Loading Screens (like Death and Fast Travel): Primary Exercise (Pick something you want to work on. If you want chest strength, do Push-ups, back: Pullups, Core: V-ups) During Cutscene, Conversations and Auto Travel: Stretch, Hold Legs Out and tense your core, or do your Primary Exercise STANDING Hold “Y” or “Triangle” and During Assassination Animations: Squat down low to the ground Synchronize: Burpee x3 As a Raven or on a Horse: Hold Calf Raise During Loading Screens (like Death and Fast Travel): Primary Exercise (Pick something you want to work on. If you want chest strength, do Push-ups, back: Pullups, Core: V-ups) During Cutscene, Conversations and Auto Travel: Stretch, Plank and tense your core, or do your Primary Exercise
