Inspect scuba cylinder and make sure tank is within hydro/visual certification dates and is free from stress lines, bulges, or other obvious signs of abuse. 2. Attach BCD to cylinder and use your hand as a guide to estimate correct BCD height on tank. 3. Attach regulator to cylinder, inspect o-rings and regulators prior to attaching. 4. Connect low-pressure inflator to the power inflator. 5. Connect and configure weight system. 6. Turn on gas and test second stages. 7. Inflate BCD and test dump valves. 8.
