If that is the case and you're not getting any impressions, then you need to look at your bids. Possibly, you're using exact match keywords on search volume, which is extremely low. That could be one of the reasons. It could be any number of reasons. Without looking at your campaign, I won't be able to give you a definite answer. But most probably, it's your bids or your budget. Again, as somebody said earlier, the click cost is higher than the daily budget. So if that is the case with you as well, you're never going to get the click or any impressions, as a matter of fact, because Google knows you don't have any money or budget.
