As SHISEIDO launches Sustainable Beauty Actions (SBAS), the first stage will launch at our Flagship Store in Ginza, Tokyo. This initiative includes the launch of the Ultimune Fountain – a new refill service for SHISEIDO’s iconic Ultimune Power Infusing Concentrate. Customers can bring their empty ULTIMUNE bottles, where they are cleaned in a sanitation-controlled environment before being refilled. This new service is built upon the MOTTAINAI pillar - our drive and commitment to carry out environmental initiatives to reuse, recycle, reduce, replace with respect. five Rs Step 1: Drop off empty bottles at the dedicated counter. Step 2: Bottles cleaned in a sanitation-controlled environment. Step 3: Bottles refilled with quality and precision. Step 4: Bottles returned to the customer.
