This interview with KKTV News 11 Colorado Springs & Zach's Place. Monument Girl Scout troop chooses Zach's Place as Hometown Hero & donates over 140 boxes of cookies to the program. Aired: 3/22/17 Special Kids Special Families (SKSF) is a non-profit 501c3 organization located in the Colorado Springs area. As a program of SKSF, Zach's Place, a licensed respite and child care center, supports families seeking care for their children with disabilities. Zach's Place teaches life skills & safety skills and incorporates social and community activities for youth ages 2.5-18 who have developmental disabilities and special needs. SKSF also provides foster care & child placement along with adult services for individuals with developmental disabilities.
