@Basketball Training: CP3/Stack Dribbling & Beat KB24/Ganon Series ft Aaron Cameron (c/o 2013)
This skills mix is a presentation of Private Training with guard Aaron Cameron of Sacramento HIgh class of 2013 (Aug 13' accepted scholarship to CSU East Bay, NCAA D-II, salute AC!) The Chris Paul Dribbling Series should be a progression of small to big, side/side dribbles. The STACK Series should incorporate each fundamental crossover (kness, scissors, & behind the back). The KB24 Shooting drill was created by Ganon Baker and is a 4-spot shooting drill (foul line, wings & NBA 3pt shot) that must be completed in 17 seconds or less (3 attempts to complete). Aaron Cameron is a Junior for Sacramento High School and is currently shooting 50% from the field including 40% from the 3 pt line. I look forward to seeing him continue to blossom into a Division 1 player, sky's the limit. *Always give players high REPETITION *Always design training based on SKILL level of players *Always innovate drills with a purpose, able to transfer into GAME SITUATION For more information regarding basketball training or drills email: SLUONG@SACSKILLS.com Follow me on Twitter for monthly basketball training tips: @SLskillsfactory From youth to the pros: Work or get worked, basketball never stops! .
