SOL and Love's video: PRAYERS OF AN ANGEL FATHER

January 26th is forever a sacred day. Not just because it's my Birthday, but it is also the day I learned I was going to be Kamaiu's Dad. And even though I didn't know fatherhood would look like this for me, I am most honored to be Father and Felicia's Husband. As I reflect on this day and what it means to be an Angel Father, I make room for this reflection so that I am able to stand firm in my identity. Which, for me, hasn't been easy insofar as I had to learn to grieve my expectations of the Fatherhood I anticipated so I could embrace the Father I am! Here, I present its present process to give insight into the journey thus far. We also hold space in our hearts for the Bryant Family and the other families on that flight as they attempt to reconcile that a year has past since their lives permanently changed. Massive Love.
