Generosity is currency. My life has been shaped by the generosity of humanity and my faith informs my decision to give courageously. I created the SOL SCHOLAR FUND to celebrate and highlight young people who display evidence of the potential to be change agents of hope. A SOL scholar is a Source of Light when the world around them may be dim. A SOL Scholar will undoubtedly give more than others think is safe in an attempt to change someone's life chances. I was able to fund this scholarship from the profit margin of my book, album, and documentary sales. Just imagine the opportunities we could create if we came together to do more of this.
