An aspect of this system is a defence mechanism that prevents you from asking deep, inquisitive questions about why you drink one of the most destructive drugs on earth. Your education begins here. Your task is to change your alcohol paradigm from ‘this is the best thing ever' to ‘alcohol provides me with zero value.’ Life Once you’ve stopped drinking, the journey hasn’t ended. It’s beginning. Find a coach and build relationships with your inner children, understand your trauma and how and why you relate in the way you do. Take training courses.
