This is my first video recreating Korean cuisine. Basically I started with the Budae Jjigae, also known as the "Army Stew". Apart from the most typical ingredients such as kimchi, green onions, ramyeon and the red paste to obtain the characteristic color in the South Korean cuisine, the other ingredients were the ones of my choice, for personal taste. To this delicious dish you can also add: tofu, beans, mushrooms, ground pork, bacon and more. I hope this video has been useful and you have enjoyed it.
