Tipps für : Strao-Strandreiten in Zeeland im Februar Jedes Jahr im Februar wird im holländischen Zeeland die Saison der Strandreiter festlich mit einem gemeinsamen traditionellen Ritt eröffnet. Mehr als 100 Pferde und Reiter reiten von Noordwelle nach und von dort aus an den Strand. Gemäss altem Brauch werden die Füße der Pferde gewaschen, um die bösen Geister zu vertreiben.
