Sacchit R's video: Panvel Nanded EXPRESS Departs PURNA Jn

07:59hrs, 08th February 2023: 17613 Panvel - Hazur Saheb Nanded Express snakes out of Purna Junction and negotiates a bunch of points with KJM WDP4D 40453 in lead. The acceleration was quite good, keeping in mind that the rake was quite small. The track sounds generated were crisp and overall it was a good catch. Orange onlookers Guntakal WDM3A twins & Guntakal WDG3A can also be seen. These beautiful diesel sections [ Purna - Nanded/Parbhani ] are experiencing their final days in their pure form. The strange thing is that poles have been erected at Purna station limits, but pit work itself hasn't begun on the Nanded & Parbhani lines respectively, phew. However, electrification from Akola has been completed right up to the outers of this station as seen in this video. This was my first visit to this great location and I enjoyed railfanning here. Also, there will not be any videos uploaded until March 21st as I'll be preparing for and attending my board exams, so my activity on social media and YouTube would decrease to zero.
