Ingredients : 1- Beef 125 gm 2- Salt 1/4 tsp 3- Red Chilli 1/2 tsp 4- Black Pepper 1/4 tsp 5- Gram Flour 1 tbsp 6- Ginger Garlic ( crushed ) 1 tsp 7- Green Chilli paste 1 tsp 8- Buns 2 Directions : 1- Chop all ingredients in a chopper except buns. 2- Make ball and flat it as shown in video. 3- Heat oil and sautè buns. 4- Fry patties in pan, each side for 3 minutes or until it gives dark brown ( don't burn it ) 5- Spread Ketchup or chilli sauce on buns. 6- Place patties inside buns. 7- Serve hot.
