THE PERFECT CAKE TO MAKE THIS HALLOWEEN | SPIDER WEB CHOCOLATE CAKE | SAIF TUTORIALS INGREDIENTS : 1- Eggs 2 2- Sugar 1 cup 3- Buttermilk 1/2 cup 4- Oil 1/4 cup 5- Baking Powder 1/2 tsp 6- Baking Soda 1/2 tsp 7- Cocoa Powder 4 tbsp 8- Flour 1-1/4 cup For Chocolate Ganache : 1- Dark Chocolate 50 gm ( room temperature ) 2- Cream 1/3 cup ( room temperature ) For White Ganache : 1- White Chocolate 20 gm ( room temperature ) 2- Cream 2 tsp ( room temperature ) METHOD : 1- Mix all ingredients of cake in a bowl, take greased rectangle pan and dust with flour 2- Pour cake batter and tap 3 times on surface to remove air bubbles 3- Bake at 180 C for 40-45 minutes in preheated oven 4- Take out from oven and let it cool down 5- Put Dark Chocolate ganache ingredients in separate bowl and microwave for 15 seconds or double boil it 6- Put White chocolate ganache ingredients in separate bowl and microwave for 15 seconds or double boil it 7- Let the white ganache cooled down for 5-10 minutes 8- Cut the dome of cake and pour dark chocolate ganache on it and spread evenly 9- Pour little bit cooled down white ganache in piping bag 10- Make spot with toothpick from where to start making web 11- Make a round n round circle with white ganache filled in piping bag 12- Draw lines as shown in tutorial and wipe after each turn 13- Enjoy Halloween.!
