Kali ni, tak tahu apa nak dinamakan ribs panggang yang menggunakan rencah-rencah tradisi Melayu seperti ketumbar, serbuk kari, jintan manis akhirnya jadilah hidangan ini "RIBS BAKAR JEMAPOH KE MANCHESTER". Hidangan Western dimasak secara Eastern. . Boleh lah, kasi chance. Teringin tak kalau Kapten Rarecation nak buat reunion masak gaya macam kat overseas di kalangan alumni Rarecation?
