Small Sailboat Cruising's video: Electric boat winch replaces the one I broke

I managed to strip the gears on my manual boat winch. I overloaded it trying to move the axles forward. I replaced it with an electric boat winch. My trailer sailer is pretty heavy, and I want to be able to launch and retrieve single-handed. The electric boat winch can be controlled from the dock using a remote control. that leaves my hands free to control and centre the boat as it loads onto the boat trailer.
