Masala Chai (Indian Masala Tea) Ingredients Milk - 500 ML Tea leaves - 3 Spoons Sugar -3 Spoon (Adjust according to sweetness 2 to 3 ) Ginger - Small Piece Crushed Clove - 5 Nos Cardamom - 5 Nos Cinnamon - Small Piece add milk to pan add sugar after boil add tea leaves, Clove, Cardamom, Ginger, Cinnamon boil for some more time after remove and strain the tea to jug add to cups.
