- In May 2018 during this episode of Awareness About Stone, Khurshid Khan departs Guangzhou in a fluster, traveling to Chenzhou, Hunan, South China for a large mineral and gemstone exhibition. Khan, originally from Islamabad, Pakistan, is known in Kashmir for his numerous protagonist-based roles on popular soap opera television. In the last decade Khan says he transitioned into the gemstone industry after befriending several mentors who showed him how to properly identify stones in Kashmir. Watch as Khan travels on his cross-country journey to Hunan while fasting for Ramadan. Nnable to communicate with locals, Khan seeks to make his way to Chenzhou China, but he must first navigate through a foreign world filled with highly effective but puzzling transportation networks, such as Guangdong's sophisticated high speed railway which links the metropolis to hundreds of other Chinese urban centres.
