Cheng and I headed out to Loon Lake (Stevens county) for some redemption on Kokanee Salmon AKA Silver Trout. We were actually fishing for them like 3 nights prior to this trip but were defeated after landing only 7 kokanees in 4 hours. So we went back home and did a bunch of research, purchased better-suited kokanee fishing gear, and headed back out with hopes to do better than the first trip.
