Happy New Years! After being stuck inside due to an illness, I made it a goal to complete my rainbow trout catch and cook before the year ended. This was a day to remember as the fishing was awesome, and the food was even better. Venison Veggie Dish Recipe: 1. Slice venison into bite size pieces, as well as the vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, onion, bell pepper). 2. Season the venison with seasoning of your choice (and leave overnight if possible). 3. Heat up vegetable oil in a frying pan and add both your vegetables and venison. 4. Once the vegetables are well-cooked (usually onions turn fluorescent), add salt and pepper to the vegetables. 5. Stir and mix everything in the frying pan and serve.
