For example, in the Packers' game in the NFC Championship, Mostert amassed 220 rushing yards on the ground. It was a fantastic performance. Will this continue into next season? In my opinion, yes. Mostert has the traits - vision, patience, and one cutback ability - that Kyle Shanahan prioritizes in his running backs. I think he's in line for a big season next year in this Outside Zone offense. In this video, I broke down San Francisco's most used play Outside Zone and why Mostert is a perfect fit to run it. If you are looking for a mid-round fantasy football running back, I think Mostert a ton of upside to your team. Plus when you add in Trent Williams at LT from the Redskins and George Kittle's incredible blocking, I think he has a pretty good floor... unless he somehow enters Shanahan's dreaded "doghouse."
