Audio Correction. During inspection, there is dust-mold-mildew-fungus on the multiple glass elements inside the binoculars. To have this removed, the binoculars would have to be sent to Leica for repair disassembly and cleaning. Estimated cost for repair is $300-400. These were purchased on ebay with the condition marked as "New" and in the text description was the words "Brand New." When they arrived they were checked for Colimation, Exterior scratches on lenses. focus wheels, sliding eye cups and overall appearance. Later, when they were checked with a flashlight, that is when I noticed the internal dust. These were in New Condition from the outside. However, when you do the flashlight test, you can see that they cannot be sold as New Condition due to the internal dust. Binoculars Lens Inspection with Internal Dust Dirt Mold Mildew Fungus Haze.
