Ingredients Required: 2 Cups of Basmati Rice, soaked in water for 1 Hr 2 cups of Unsweetened Coconut Milk 1 Tbsp of Oil 7/8 Cashews 2/3 Green chilies(skip/reduce as per taste) Half and Onion, Sliced 1 cup of green peas 1 cup of carrots Steps: 1.Preheat pan to eliminate moisture by pressing Saute Button. 2.Add oil and wait for oil to heat up. 3.Add cashews, green chilies and onions and saute for 2/3 minutes 4.Add green peas and carrots and saute for 2 minutes 5.Drain the water from the rice, and add it to the Instant Pot. 6.Add 2 cups of coconut milk and 1 cup of water. Stir and adjust salt. 7.Set pressure cook to 6 mins and let pressure release naturally.
