Deseed and slice Pro V Select Fard Whole Natural Dates. 1. Heat oil in a shallow nonstick pan. Add onion seeds, bay leaves and sauté for 30 seconds. 2. Add tomatoes and salt, cover with lid and cook on medium heat till the tomatoes are soft and pulpy. 3. Add dates, sugar and mix well. 4. Cook on medium heat for 4-5 minutes. 5. Transfer in a serving bowl and serve.
