On today’s episode of , we’ve taken cauliflower to the next level, transforming it into crispy, spicy, and irresistibly delicious 'Chilli Vegan Cauliflower Wings' that are sure to blow your taste buds away! VEGAN CAULIFLOWER WINGS. Ingredients 500 grams cauliflower, cut into large florets 1 cup refined flour ½ tsp paprika powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder Crushed black peppercorns to taste Salt to taste 1/3 cup corn flour 1 cup panko breadcrumbs Oil for deep frying 4 tsps hot sauce Vegan mayonnaise for serving Method 1. Take refined flour in a bowl. Add paprika powder, garlic powder, onion powder, crushed peppercorns, salt and mix well. 2. Take corn flour in a bowl. Add salt, ¾ cup water and mix well. 3. Take panko breadcrumbs in a plate. Add salt and mix well. 4. Roll the cauliflower in refined flour mixture and dip in corn flour mixture. Roll again I refined flour mixture and dip in corn flour mixture. 5. Roll in panko breadcrumbs and deep fry in oil till golden brown and crisp. 6. Drain on absorbent paper. Transfer in a bowl, add hot sauce and mix well. 7. Serve hot with vegan mayonnaise.
