PARSI STYLE CHICKEN Ingredients 500 gms chicken, cut into 8 pieces on the bone Salt to taste ½ tsp red chilli powder ¾ tsp turmeric powder 1½ tbsps ginger-garlic paste 2 tbsps lemon juice 2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves Oil for deep frying 1 cup breadcrumbs 4 eggs Method 1. Place chicken in bowl, add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice and coriander leaves. Mix well and set aside for 5-10 minutes. 2. Heat sufficient oil in non stick pan. 3. Place breadcrumbs in bowl. Break eggs in another bowl and whisk well. 4. Roll each piece of chicken in breadcrumbs, dip in whisked eggs and deep fry till golden. Drain on absorbent paper. 5. Serve hot.
