This smoky beverage gets better with every step. Strawberries, mango, lemon & mint, all the flavours blend extremely well together and turn this drink supremely exotic! SMOKED STRAWBERRY AND MANGO DRINK Ingredients 8-10 strawberries 2 cups mango juice 10-12 fresh mint leaves + to serve 1 lemon Ice cubes as required Lemon slices as require Strawberry slices as required Drinking soda as required Method 1. Chop the strawberries and add into a jar. Add mint leaves and squeeze the juice of lemon and gently muddle. Add mango juice and mix well. Strain the juice into another glass. 2. Place a few hot charcoal pieces in a small bowl and place the prepared juice glass next to it. Add a few apple wood chips over the charcoal and immediately cover with a bowl and let the smoke infuse for 1 minute. 3. To serve, fill the serving glasses with ice cubes. Add a few lemon slices, strawberry slices, and a few mint leaves. Pour a portion of the smoked juice and top it up with drinking soda.
