A decadent sandwich stuffed with veggies, paneer and masaledar chole, then toasted in loads of butter. You got to try it once! BUTTER FRIED PANEER SANDWICH Ingredients 400 grams cottage cheese (paneer) Butter as required 8 bread slices Green chutney as required Tomato slices as required Cucumber slices as required Sandwich masala to sprinkle Readymade chole as required Chopped onions as required Tomato ketchup for serving Potato chips for serving Method 1. Apply butter and green chutney on bread slices. 2. Arrange tomato slices, cottage cheese, cucumber slices on 4 slices. 3. Sprinkle sandwich masala on top. Place a generous portion of chole and sprinkle onions on top. 4. Cover with remaining bread slices. 5. Heat butter in a non stick pan. Place the prepared sandwich and cook on both the sides for 2 minutes on medium heat or till crisp. 6. Cut into triangles and serve with tomato ketchup and potato chips.
