GREEN CHUTNEY HUMMUS Ingredients ½ cup fresh mint leaves ½ cup fresh coriander leaves 1 cup boiled chickpeas + for garnish 3-4 garlic cloves 1 inch ginger 1 green chilli 2 tbsps tahini paste 1 lemon ¼ cup olive oil + for drizzling ¾ cup cooking liquid Salt to taste Coriander sprigs Tata Sampann Chilli Powder to sprinkle Method 1. Put chickpeas in a blender jar, add garlic, ginger, green chilli, mint leaves, coriander leaves and tahini paste. Squeeze lemon, add olive oil, cooking liquid and salt and blend it to a fine paste. 2. Transfer it to a serving bowl. Drizzle some olive oil and garnish with coriander sprigs, chickpeas and sprinkle Tata Sampann Chilli Powder. 3. Serve immediately.
