Behind familar doors that should be unfamiliar. The view of the hospital from a stretcher is a view I've had way too many times. This was filmed on a ride from my hospital room to interventional radiology where they were supposed to drain some fluid I had around my port to check for infection and to reaccess both lumens of my port because it hadn't been working. They were supposed to sedate me and I have a problem with sedation. I've only been to this hospital twice but I told them over and over that I have trouble with sedation and to please make sure I fall asleep because it takes way more medication than normal people to get me to sleep and I also wake up easily once sedated. Well they didn't listen to me and it's a very long story but it comes down to the fact that I was awake and crying through most of it and they did not treat me the way I deserved to be treated. It wouldn't have been as bad if they were compassionate during the procedure and apologetic afterwards. FOLLOW MY THINGS!
