This recipe was made in most households during eid ul adha / bakrid . This recipe is very simple and can be made very easily and the meat has to be sundried well and can be stored up to a year. Mutton or Beef can be used to make hese amazing sukhe kababs. Once these kababs are made you can also make sukhe kabab ka salan too with them. INGREDIENTS : Meat - 1 kg Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tsp Red chili powder - 1-11/2 tsp Turmeric - 1/4 tsp Coriander powder - 11/2 tsp Salt 3/4 tsp - or to taste Oil - 2 tbsp Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp (optional ) METHOD : Marinate the meat with all the above spices. Spread them on a big plate and sun dry for 4-5 days or until done flipping them everyday. Once the meat is sundried well, store them in an airtight container. They can be stored up to a year.
