This Mutton handi is cooked with boneless meat and a few simple spices that are found in every kitchen. Kasuri methi is an important ingredient in the recipe and it must be added . Cream is optional this recipe tastes great even without it if you want a chatpati mutton handi. Ingredients: Boneless Mutton 1/2 kg (Small Pieces) Onions 3 medium Salt 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste 3 tsp Tomato 2 large Curd 200 ml Oil 1/4 cup or as required Red Chilli Powder 3/4 tsp or to taste Turmeric 1/4 tsp Coriander Powder 3/4 tsp Cumin Powder 3/4 tsp Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp Kasuri Methi 1tbsp Cream 2 tbsp - you can add upto 100ml optional. Ginger and Green Chillies for garnish.
