HYDERABADI SHADIYON KI SPECIAL DISH | MUTTON MARAG | BAKRID SPECIAL MUTTON RECIPE Hyderabadi mutton stew / soup is called marag which is a rich and creamy mutton stew which is served in hyderabadi weddings hence its popularly known as shadiyon wala marag which is served with naan or sheermal. Marag is also a popular dish in Ramadan along with the other delicacies of Hyderabad like Haleem and Nihari . Hyderabad is famous for its royal cuisines mostly influenced by its rulers the Nizams. Marag tastes best when made with tender meat with bones . Marag is a delicacy but its absolutely simple to make right in the comfort of your home. The ingredients used are very simple too with only one special ingredient the kababchini or cubeb . INGREDIENTS; Mutton - 500gms Ghee - 1/2 cup Onion sliced - 1 Green cardamom - 4-5 Shahzeera - 1/2 tsp Cloves - 4-5 Cinnamom sticks - 2 Kababchini (cubeb ) 1/2 tsp Peppercorn - 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp Salt 1/2 tsp or to taste Pepper powder - 1 tsp Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp Almond and Cashew - 10 -12 each Milk 1/2 cup Coriander leaves a handful Mint leaves 5-6 leaves Green chillies - 2 Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/saracooksfor...
