In this Bajji recipe I am showing you how to make the perfect bajji and the batter stays on the bajji without falling off . Here are some tricks and tips to make the perfect bajji at home. INGREDIENTS: Besan -2 cups Red Chili powder - 11/2 - 2 tsp Turmeric - 1/8 tsp Salt - to taste or 11/2 - 2 tsp Zeera seeds - 1 tsp Cooking soda - 1/4 tsp Hing - 3-4 pinches Oil for frying Veggies of choice. Onion, Potato ,Bajji Chili , Capsicum, Brinjal etc. Mix all the ingredients except veggies together with required amount of water to make a smooth batter.
