Hey, y'all! Here are my days 6-9 from my journey. The last time I tried this challenge, I only made it to day 16, so I'm determined to do this all the way through. Hit some speed bumps so far but overall, I'm feeling good! Here's to being the best version of myself! 75Hard Rules - no alcohol - no junk food - take a progress picture every day - two 45-min workouts every day and one has to be outside - eat a diet that promotes health and wellness - read at least 10 pages a day of a non-fiction inspirational, educational book - drink a gallon of water a day Thanks for watching!
