Sault Ste Marie CrimeStoppers's video: Attempted Robbery at Clyde s Variety Store Crime Stoppers of Sault Ste Marie Algoma District

Crime Stoppers and the Batchewana Police Service is requesting your assistance in identifying a suspect involved in an incident of attempted robbery. On March 9th, 2020 at approximately 9:20 p.m. an unknown suspect entered Clyde’s convenience store located at 46 Gran Street, Batchewana First Nation, Ontario. The male suspect demanded the store clerk to put all the twenties in what appeared to be a grey pencil case. The suspect demanded the money a second time, this time referring that he would use a weapon. The clerk attended the cash register but before the money could be given, the suspect fled the scene on foot. Look closely at the video, the suspect was wearing a blue sweater with the logo S&T group on it.
