It was applied quickly because many gangmen were working before the TSR range. Train was 12424 New Delhi-Dibrugarh Rajdhani Express, loco was EMD GT46PAC i.e. WDP-4 of Siliguri shed. Location: Aluabari Road(56 km from NJP) along NJP-KNE section of North-East Frontier Railway.
