Just a short video running the Ruger Precision Rifle through its paces, I had just fired 5 shots prior to this string and sad to say missed all 5... I was really having a hard time dealing with the wind. I took the time to watch closely what the wind was doing closer to the target (completely different from my position) while waiting for the barrel to cool and was able to get on target with the next set !! I really am enjoying shooting at these longer distances. The whole experience is truly rewarding from reloading the ammo, proofing the loads, and getting a firing solution worked up to actually pulling the trigger. It really is a completely involved hobby !! I will say I am still needing to actually connect with steel at 1k, I thought I was going to get to do it at the rifle range but they are closed for the moment for harvest, and this was what I could come up with and still see the target I had set. I could have gone back further but the next outcropping that gave me visibility to my target was a full 1200 yards and I was not feeling it ... not quit yet.
