https://www.scarpa.net/en/alien-1.html • Open the ski/walk mechanism on the back of the boot and move the cuff all the way back • Open the velcro of the gaiter • Open the BOA system, ensuring that the cable is mostly wound up • Bend the liner on the toe, lower the tongue towards the inside and hold it by the heel, sliding the toe forwards • Fasten the velcro of the gaiter • Tighten the BOA system to the required tension • Move the cuff forward and position it correctly around the liner • Fasten the ski/walk mechanism
