Schmike Media's video: Incident at corner of Tornillo And Lohman Ave 9 18 2015

9/18/2015 Sergeant Kemp 636 On this stop I arrived a little after everything already happened. All I see is an individual being picked up off the street after probably being tazed. Some officers were talking about showing up right as he was being tazed. There were numerous cops "inventoring" through the suspects vehicle. I don't understand why so many cops had to all filter through this vehicle. One or maybe two could have do the same job. Not to mention how long they all took to basically search this vehicle. It seemed that all these cops were just being more nosy than actually providing a service. A couple of police approached me but only let up a little info. Sergeant Kemp 636, seemed to be more inquisitive about me than he wanted give any info on the situation. He claimed to be ignorant of the situation. I didn't believe him. Another officer that I filmed earlier in the day refused to ID himself and he seemed to want to know what was about as well. I'll eventually figure out who he is. I edited a lot out of this video as it was mostly just a lot of cops searching the Cadillac or just cops standing around chatting. Original video was about 56 minutes long.
