This started out as a welfare check on a woman who had fallen asleep on a bus bench (near Albertsons and Target). Officer Milks Milks (Badge ) is on scene again. Just met him earlier during the SWAT video. Although more Las Cruces PD have body cameras, it doesn't mean we shouldn't still record them. They have the ability to turn them on/off at will. It looks like the second backup officer turns his off after the arrest of the woman.
