Las Cruces PD had about 4 people sitting up against the wall while being questioned. By the time I got there it looked like the police had already done a search and had a number of boxes sitting on the trunk of the car. These boxes were then placed inside the police squad car shortly and quickly after I arrived. The boxes almost seemed empty the way the officers were handling them. I wonder why they were being seized? Then you can hear Officer H. Rivera mentioning that the car is not insured. Eventually all individuals were released and they left in another waiting car abandoning the uninsured car.
