www.schmitten.at Mit dem „areitXpress“ wird die Förderleistung der Bahn um 50% erhöht und bringt die Skifahrer schnell, komfortabel und ohne Wartezeiten auf den Berg. Während die bisherige Bahn 2.400 Personen pro Stunde beförderte, hat der areitXpress eine Förderleistung von bis zu 3.600 Personen pro Stunde. Die Kabinen bieten Platz für zehn Personen und sonstige Komfortleistungen wie Sitzheizung, W-Lan, stufenloses Einsteigen sowie eine fast geräuschlose Auffahrt. Die Bahntrasse bleibt unverändert, wobei die künftige areitXpress-Bergstation etwa 25 Meter talwärts verlegt wird.
